This place has a nice appearance and maintains a good standard. the staff on duty are pretty decent. the rooms here are practical, with a fresh new look and views of the city. You'll find a cozy bed, a hair dryer, a kettle, and even a place to store your luggage. 🛌

My king room was air conditioned, loved it.

The food was fabulous with lots of choice! The location was handy, close to a West End park.

This venue boasts a fantastic location, close to museums, attractions, the Exhibition Centre train station, and the sights of West Glasgow.

Really enjoyed that my king room included fairly clean bathroom. I had a delicious breakfast with tea available, the food was brilliant. Stayed for 1 day and did not want to leave there, I would stay here again.

Hotel itself really needs an urgent facelift. No Bar to have a drink in the lounge. beds really uncomfortable. would recommend but honestly about it being "no frills"

This place is centrally located near the city center with easy access to a park and Argyle Street, making it convenient for sightseeing.

Hotel more than happy for us to park our car in their free car park at 11am even though we were staying one night. Very useful as I was able to have a drink at a lunch time party we were attending. The breakfast is very good, and whilst some of the bedrooms might be a little tired the hotel is extremely good value for money, especially as the staff are all extremely good. This was our second visit this year.

Staff were very friendly and the service excellent, food was lovely and in all was a lovely weekend so thanks.

Unclean, stains throughout htel carpets, bathroom just clean grouting etc in a terrible state

Staff were pleasant and welcoming, breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice, room was clean but basic, there is off-road parking available (but a bit tight), we've stayed there before and will do again, it is in an ideal location for us and Glasgow is such a friendly vibrant city with absolutely loads to do!

Bathroom was clean, but the bath had mould on the grout and around the edges, hairdrier didn't work, curtains needed an overhaul.
